I'm planning a special event. Can I get a custom cake or cookie order tailored to my requirements?

Certainly! We specialize in creating custom bakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Simply give us a call or drop an email with your ideas, and we'll work with you to bring them to life.

How far in advance should I place an order, especially for larger quantities or special events?

For custom orders or larger quantities, we recommend placing your order at least a week in advance for cookies and two weeks in advance for cakes. This allows us to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and can dedicate the time to craft your order with care.

Can my order be rushed?

Of course. In most cases, though, there is a rush fee. The fee to rush a cookie order is $8.00. The rush fee for cakes is $100. We take pride in our work, so rushing an order is not always ideal.

Do you all deliver?

At the moment, we do not deliver. We only provide pickup times.

Do you all accept cash?

We do not accept cash. We use a third party payment system that allows you to pay by check, cash app pay, apple pay, or credit/debit card.

Do you collect a security deposit?

Yes! For larger orders, in order to secure a date on the calendar, you must pay 50% on the day of the order. For smaller orders, payment must be made in full before the order is started,
